13 – 14 June: IDS at the KIMST Conference

IDS Group will be attending the Korea Institute of Military Science and Technology – KIMST Conference in the Republic of Korea, International Convention Center – ICC Jeju Island from 13th to 14th of June.

At KIMST-19, IDS will exhibit brochures and media showing:

  • Electromagnetic solutions for the aeronautical, naval and space applications, through a comprehensive range of electromagnetic prediction and design software products as well as measurement systems, which are used to provide a full selection of design, simulation, analysis, measurement and validation services for different platforms;
  • Black Knight, an innovative Radar Counter-UAV systems to provide protection against simultaneous and heterogeneous Low, Slow and Small – LSS.  Black Knight can help to provide protection and security in a number of both civil and military environments. It can be used to detect and locate the unauthorized or unsafe use of UAVs in a controlled airspace or potentially dangerous situations and can also provide defense against the hostile use of UAVs;
  • Satellite terminal products for aeronautical and naval applications.

IDS has developed its own comprehensive range of electromagnetic prediction and design software products as well as measurement systems, which are used to provide a full selection of design, simulation, analysis, measurement and validation services for aeronautical platforms.

KIMST is one of South Korea’s most significant Conferences for 2019. The event promotes academic research and the development of science and technology, bringing together the entire defence & security industry to source the latest equipment and systems, develop international relationships, and generate new business opportunities.  The event is co-hosted by KIMST, ADD – Agency for Defence Development and Aju University, and is expected to attract more than 1500 participants with over 1000 paper presentations.
