IDS to present advanced UAVs and Counter-UAV Systems at ADW-18

AMSTERDAM DRONE WEEK 2018 - ADW

At the Amsterdam Drone Week – ADW18, the first official European platform that unites the brightest and most creative minds of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle – UAV Industry from 26th to 30th November 2018, IDS will showcase its range of:

  • Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems – RPAS to perform missions such as aerial, land and maritime surveillance, convoy protection, reconnaissance, target acquisition, intelligence and surveillance exercises– ISTAR. With Civilian applications to use RPAS for monitoring, inspections, surveys and photography;
  • Black Knight, an innovative Radar Counter-UAV systems to provide protection against simultaneous and heterogeneous Low, Slow and Small – LSS Black Knight can help to provide protection and security in a number of environments, both civil and military. It can be used to detect and locate the unauthorized or unsafe use of UAVs in controlled airspace or potentially dangerous situations and can also provide defense against hostile uses of UAVs.
